We’ll only be allowing a maximum of two passengers in our vehicles at any one time. You’ll need to sit in the rear seats. Three passengers may be allowed if you’re all from the same household.
Please make contactless payments where possible. You can do this through the app or with a contactless card in your Zip vehicle. We also ask that you load your own luggage or shopping where possible.
Our drivers have been supplied with hand sanitisers, wipes, surgical masks and protective screens in the vehicles. Please wear a face covering during your journey (unless you’re exempt).
For those of you visiting our office in Tong, we’re limiting numbers to one person at a time. Please wait outside and maintain social distancing until there’s space in the office.
